  • Daily Reiki/meditation practice
  • List of your desired relationship foundation *priority* (discussed in class & video) Meditate on what it is you want and need from all relationships in your life. Create a list of 5 - 6 things that capture these needs.
  • Set one boundary with one person .You determine how large or small the boundary is based on what you're ready for. Review the aura meditation in week 3 & NVC in week 7 for support.
  • Continue working with clearing exercises from week 8.
