Food Philosophy:

Humble Luxury | I try my best to make food that’s accessible for many different people, with different budgets, and different dietary choices, while still maintaining a sense of luxury and sophistication. I love recipes that are easy to make and create a big impact on the table. Some of my recipes have meat, while others are vegan. You’ll always find gluten free recipes here, and most often grain free. I also rarely use dairy.

Staple ingredients you’ll see me use often:

  • Coconut Palm Sugar

  • Coconut Oil

Lifestyle Philosophy:

Impact Over Intention | How something lands is more important that the intention behind it. What I share with you here is focused on helping you create sustainable pleasure in your life. This is a place for the soul spilling midnight kitchen floor talks you have with your best friends. We’re gonna talk about money, rest, boundaries, social justice, creativity, and how to make space for it all. This is a place to be supported while you navigate what it means to take responsibility for yourself.

Postpartum & Parenting Philosophy:

When we support parents, we support the future. |Postpartum is the most vulnerable time in the life of someone who has given birth.* How we heal (or don’t heal) in this window has the power to affect our health for the rest of our lives. And parenthood is an experience that’s so full, it can be really isolating. This space here is a place for connection, reflection, affirmation, and education. I hope it can serve both parents and the communities who are supporting parents.

*not everyone who gives birth identifies as woman/she. I use ‘person/people who birth’ as a neutral term to welcome all identities here.
