Postpartum is the most vulnerable time in the life of a person who gives birth.
In our culture today (here in the US) we’ve lost touch with how important this period of healing is. The way we’re supported and the way we heal touches our health for the rest of our lives. It’s a vital time to be cared for.
To help you navigate this time, I’m sharing with you some of the support systems I created for my own postpartum. My PP experience was really intense and having these systems & boundaries in place was a massive help. I hope they can help you too!
