The Redefining Success Journal

This journal is a hand to hold yours on dark and uncomfortable days saying, “I know, me too. You’re not alone here.” It’s a mirror reminding you just how truly phenomenal you are. It’s a deep breath on the days when life is heavy and overwhelming.

Inspired by my experience healing from a life threatening septic blood infection during postpartum, paired with my ongoing management of Complex-PTSD, this journal is a tool to define life on your terms. The exercises and daily journal prompts are tools I developed for myself when I was fighting to stay in my body. They’re easily accessible, even on the hardest days.

This journal is a map through life to help you celebrate what you deem essential and worthy of praise. It’s a place to shift the societal definition of success. You know, that one that makes you feel like you’ve never done enough? This is the place to change that story.

Are you ready?
