1. Fill out the client intake form.
Completing this form will put you in my client queue. Please be thorough & accurate when filling out this form. I’ll use it to create your project scope.
2. Project Scope
Once I reach your place in the queue, I’ll create a document for your project that outlines my general work boundaries, timeline, project estimate, and my recommendations for the project deliverables, along with any additional questions I have not covered in the intake form.
3. Statement of Work, Contracts, & Deposit
Once we agree on project deliverables, direction, and timeline, I’ll send you an official statement of work along with a project contract, and a deposit invoice.
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins on your project.
4. Work Begins
Once the contract has been signed and your deposit has been made, I’ll begin working on your project. Depending on the scope of your project & budget, we’ll also schedule a meeting to discuss edits/revisions.
5. Finalizing Your Project
Depending on the amount of revisions in your project (based on your budget & project deliverables) we’ll finalize your project either via email or phone call. At this stage, you’ll be able to view your project illustrations with a watermark.
6. Final Payment
Once your final payment has been received, you’ll receive high-res copies of your illustrations without watermarks.
