The programs I create blend relational skills, trauma integration tools, and ancestral exploration with creative expression, color theory, and earth based experiences. At the core, these classes are about exploring the ways creativity can facilitate a more harmonious and joyful Hueman experience.

Being Hueman: Life in Color
Self-Paced Year Long
Develop a personal color palette that reflects who you are and who you’ve chosen to be. Clarify your ethics, values, commitments, desires, vision and mindset, then let color and creativity carry you effortlessly through your daily life. You’ll translate all you unearth about yourself into a color palette that will act as a feedback loop, always reminding you who you are and who you’ve chosen to be—even on your most difficult days. This program will change the fundamental way you experience Being Hueman.
The Grief Garden
Self-Paced Workshop
Grief is an unexplainable inevitable experience we’ll all touch in some way, at some point in life. Beyond losing a loved one to death, grief comes with any form of loss. Relationships ending, moving to a new city, becoming a parent—all of these moments and more bring grief.
This course brings together the neuroscience of grief, trauma integration tools, a gardening practice to reflect your current season of grief—one that can grow as you move through your life—and creative practices that are able to meet you on your lowest days.
