Return Policy

My aim is for you to be delighted with your purchase. Before placing your order, please read my policies below, and remember I’m operating as a one human show.

  • All original artwork is final sale. Reproduction prints are available to be replaced if damaged or defective, and are otherwise final sale per my printer’s policy.

  • Given that digital products are automatically emailed with a unique download code, they are not eligible for refund or return.

  • Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them.

    Per my printer’s policy, damaged items will be replaced at no charge if reported in time. Contact vyana@huemansonearth.com within a 5 days of receiving your damaged print to have it replaced.

    To expedite the process, take some photos of the outer packaging and damaged print(s). 

    Please remember I use a drop shipping service and will be communicating between you and my printer.

  • Yes! If your order was placed within 24 hours of a sale beginning, email vyana@huemansonearth.com to have the discount retroactively applied.

    Retroactive discounts are not offered after a sale ends.

  • If your package has been marked “delivered”, please check your confirmation email to ensure you input the correct shipping address first.

    If your address is correct and your package has been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, contact the shipping service directly.

    Unfortunately, this issue is out of my scope so there isn’t anything I can do to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly.
